Materials delivered to or on behalf of the client become property of the client upon payment in full. The materials used in the preparation of this job including source files, correspondence and any other items pertinent to the job which are not delivered to the client are the exclusive property of Burke Communications, Inc. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed if not paid in full under the terms listed herein.
